Dear valued RJ costumer, please see the terms and conditions you should pay attention to before completing the purchase to retain the joint rights of RJ and their costumers.

• The customer has the right to return or exchange the order within 8 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be in its original condition not used.
• Keep purchase and billing data and receipts when requesting a replacement or refund.
• In case of return of the product at the customer"s desire, the customer bears the shipping value - 23 riyals inside Saudi Arabia.
• If the customer wishes to exchange at his desire, the customer bears the value of shipping from and to - 46 riyals inside Saudi Arabia.
• If the customer receives the wrong order or a damaged product and this is confirmed, the required action at the request of the costumer, free of charge.
• The customer is not entitled to claim shipping costs after the shipping company picks up the order, if they do not want to receive the order or do not respond to the calls or messages of the shipping company.
• The customer can change the order or cancel it as long as the order has not yet been picked up by the shipping company by contacting us through the available means of communication at the bottom of the store page.
• If the required quantities or options expire, we will notify the customer directly so that they can change their order or recover the value paid.
• At RJ, we make sure that orders are processed quickly while maintaining accuracy and then shipped with specialized and professional shipping companies as fast as possible.
• The customer has the right to refund the value of the order in case the time taken to deliver exceeds the period indicated at the time of completion of the order.
• Refunds are governed by the policies of banks and also takes into account the payment methods used by the customer, where the amounts are refunded through the same purchase completion pages and the amounts transferred to our bank accounts are transferred directly within a period not exceeding three working days.
• All of the above terms and conditions become effective upon the completion of the customer’s order, where it is considered an implied agreement to them.
