Exchange and Return Policy

Dear valued RJ customer,

• There are some points to pay attention to before completing the purchase to retain the joint rights of RJ and their costumers. 
• The exchange and return policy was developed based on the sensitivity and type of products used as they are classified as Personal Care Products.
• The customer has the right to return or exchange the order within 7 days of receiving the product.
• It is required that the product has not been used.
• Keep purchase information and receipts when requesting a replacement or a refund.
• In case of return or exchange of a product at the customer"s desire, the customer bears the value of shipping (receipt and delivery) - 46 inside Saudi Arabia.
• If the customer receives the wrong order or a damaged product and this is confirmed, the required action is taken at the request of the costumer, free of charge.
